Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Composa platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Composa provides AI-powered Figma automation tools through an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. The Service includes license management, API key provisioning, and access to Figma design tools via compatible AI clients.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Sharing API keys beyond your organization's seat limit is prohibited.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Share or redistribute API keys
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Use the Service to create competing products

6. Intellectual Property

Composa and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your Figma designs. We claim no rights over content you create using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Composa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and access to paid features will cease.
